The American Heart Association's Go Red For Women campaign ramped up in Appleton with the Fox Cities Go Red Event for 2020.

February weather in Wisconsin is known for being cold, windy, cloudy and snowy. Though lacking the pop of color that Wisconsin's other three seasons are known for, winter's gray days accentuate the contrast between the white of the cold snows and the dark tones of buildings, bridges, rocks and trees. This creates perfect conditions for black and white photography.

We never know what we will encounter when we meet with clients. What Visual Imaging Solutions services do they want to utilize to grow their business? Are they open to suggestions or do they have something specific in mind? Are they willing to employ new technologies and strategies? Do they understand the importance of our suggestions and why they are imperative to success in today’s world where businesses are competing relentlessly via technological strategies? 

It was last year when we sat down at the Copper Rock Cafe — a local coffee shop located in downtown Appleton, Wisconsin — with Nikki Wiszus and Ramsey Riehl. The coffee shop was buzzing with customers, the air was filled with the smells of baked goods, and the aroma of coffee was deliciously intense.

When Wally Byam invented the Airstream, he just wanted a way to keep his wife comfortable when camping. His first attempt, according to the company he founded, was a tent pitched on the chassis of a Ford Model T. According to Airstream, “His wife didn’t much care for the experience, so he built a permanent structure on the platform.” From that small start, the iconic silver bullet trailer was born.

We sometimes hear from our clients, "You want me to stand in front of that?" or "You want me to sit where?" But sometimes those props or backgrounds create the most interesting images. Sitting in Seth's parents' backyard was a rusty old jalopy which happened to do just that!
